Delivery that fits your week

We deliver one-gallon glass bottles of spring water to homes and workplaces in the ZIP codes below. Choose your weekday when ordering. Allow at least two business days after payment for your first delivery; subscribers receive water every four weeks.

One flat delivery charge applies to each order, including renewals. See delivery pricing and bottle charges. We need a street address, not a PO box. We contact you if a holiday or building-access issue requires a different delivery date. Contact us before a renewal to change your address or delivery day.

No upfront bottle deposit

The glass bottles are borrowed and must be returned. Active subscribers exchange empties at the next delivery. For one-time orders, arrange free collection within 14 days of delivery. After cancellation, final bottles are due 14 days after the last delivery or cancellation request, whichever is later.

We send a reminder before charging your saved card the per-bottle amount accepted on the order form for each unreturned bottle. We confirm the missing count and allow at least 72 hours after the reminder, and never charge before the return deadline. A collection delay caused by us does not trigger a fee. We refund the bottle charge and associated tax if you later return the bottle.

Before your delivery
