Good water habits start with good storage.
Find a practical place for spring water at home, handle gallon glass bottles safely, and keep your empty-bottle returns simple between deliveries.
Keep drinking water indoors, away from heat, sunlight and household chemicals. Pour with clean hands and clean equipment. Store full and empty glass bottles securely until you use or return them.
Choose the space before the delivery arrives
A cool indoor spot out of direct sunlight is a better home for drinking water than a hot car, sunny patio or garage. Keep bottles away from cleaning products, fuels and other chemicals. Leave them closed until needed and follow the storage and date instructions supplied with the water.
Choose a stable place where a bottle will not be knocked over. Keep glass away from busy edges and out of children’s reach. Make room for empties as well as full bottles; a returnable delivery routine works best when both have a clear place to go.
Before ordering several bottles, check how much room you have and how easily you can lift and pour them. You can begin with a smaller order and adjust your next purchase. Buying the largest quantity only makes sense if you can store and use it comfortably.
Keep the water clean when you pour
Wash your hands before handling drinking water. Pour into a clean glass or reusable bottle, keeping your fingers away from the inside of the cap and bottle opening. Put the cap back on between uses. Do not dip hands or used cups into stored drinking water.
A dispenser needs care too. Follow its manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and check that it is compatible with the bottle before using it. Keep spouts and other water-contact surfaces clean, and choose a secure position where you can fill a glass comfortably.
Follow the product instructions for storage after opening. Temperature, handling and equipment all affect how water keeps in a household. Retain the label so everyone sharing the water can follow its guidance. If you notice an unusual smell, appearance or a damaged closure, stop using that bottle and contact us.
Treat a full gallon bottle with care
Glass is useful for reuse, but it is heavy and breakable. Carry bottles securely, one at a time if necessary, and put them on a firm surface before pouring. Avoid balancing a full bottle on a narrow shelf or carrying more than you can comfortably control.
Do not drink from a chipped or cracked bottle. Keep damaged glass away from people and pets and contact us for a safe resolution. Do not use a household sieve to try to make water containing broken glass drinkable.
Keep the borrowed bottles for water. Do not use them for cleaners, oils or other liquids, or make changes to the bottle or closure. Avoid boiling, freezing or dishwasher treatment unless the bottle’s instructions explicitly allow it. A quick rinse at home is not proof that a bottle is sanitized for commercial reuse.
Make returning empties part of the routine
There is no upfront bottle deposit. You borrow the glass bottles and return them for reuse, with free empty-bottle collection. Keep emptied bottles in a secure place and arrange collection before your deadline instead of putting them in household recycling.
Active subscribers exchange empties at the next delivery. For a one-time order, arrange collection within 14 days of delivery. After canceling a subscription, final bottles are due 14 days after your last delivery or cancellation request, whichever is later.
An unreturned bottle can result in the per-bottle charge you accepted when ordering, charged to your saved card after the deadline, a reminder and at least 72 hours to respond. We confirm the missing count first and never charge for a collection delay caused by us. Return a charged bottle later and we refund its charge and associated tax.
Plan the next order around what you use
Notice how quickly your household goes through an order and how much empty-bottle space you need. Subscribers receive their selected quantity every four weeks. If the amount or weekday needs changing, contact us before renewal so we can confirm the adjustment.
One-time orders are useful when your needs vary. You can choose one, three or five bottles on the product page and select a weekday. Read the delivery terms for coverage and timing, then keep the return arrangement with your order details. A manageable supply and a clear collection plan make reusable glass easier to keep using.
