Choose Monday through Friday. Your first delivery is on that weekday with at least two business days after payment. Subscriptions repeat every four weeks. We contact you if a holiday or access issue requires a different date.

No upfront deposit. Return your empties at your next subscription delivery. For a one-time order, arrange free collection within 14 days of delivery. After cancellation, the deadline is 14 days after your last delivery or cancellation request, whichever is later.

After the return deadline and a reminder, we confirm any missing bottles before charging your saved card the per-bottle amount accepted when ordering. You get at least three days after the reminder. We refund the charge when you return the bottle. You are never charged for a collection delay caused by us.

No commitment. Cancel anytime before your next renewal using Manage subscription. Contact us for delivery-day, address or quantity changes. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund a paid delivery or remove the bottle-return obligation.

Contact us within 30 days of your first delivery for a refund of the full amount you paid, including delivery. Your first subscription delivery is covered too. We arrange free collection of the borrowed bottles.

Spring water comes from an underground formation that naturally flows to the surface. We offer it in one-gallon glass bottles, delivered to your Phoenix-area home or workplace.

One gallon holds eight 16 fl oz refills. Use it instead of eight individual plastic bottles of that size to avoid those disposable containers. We collect the empty glass bottles free for reuse, with no upfront bottle deposit.

Keeping up with your fluid needs supports concentration and helps avoid tiredness from dehydration. Water also helps dietary fiber keep stools soft and easier to pass. Delivery keeps water close at hand for meals, work and everyday refills.

Replacing a sugary drink with water cuts calories from that choice. Some trials found benefits from premeal water alongside a lower-calorie diet, but results across studies vary. Make water a supporting habit within your eating and activity routine.

Small studies suggest drinking more may improve measured skin hydration when usual intake is low. Evidence is limited, and newer controlled research has found mixed results. It does not establish visible cosmetic changes.

Some plastic-associated chemicals can interfere with hormone signaling, and reducing certain food and kitchenware exposures has lowered exposure markers in research.
