Using this website
We use no advertising cookies, analytics beacons or browser storage. Our hosting provider processes connection information needed to serve and protect the site.
Orders and payments
We collect your name, delivery address, delivery preference and bottle-return agreement to check eligibility and arrange your order. Stripe processes payments, stores your payment method when you authorize future subscription or bottle charges, and holds payment and customer records. We do not receive or store your full card number. We record deliveries, bottle returns, reminder dates and related charges with the order in Stripe.
Email and records
We use your email address for receipts, order support, subscription notices and bottle-return reminders. Stripe sends payment and subscription notices. Cloudflare handles our delivery-confirmation and support emails. Correspondence and attachments are kept in a private mailbox protected by owner-only access. We keep a temporary record for 35 days to avoid sending duplicate order emails. Trashed messages are removed after 30 days; delivery events are retained in queues for no more than one day. We retain records needed for fulfillment, refunds, accounting and legal obligations. Do not send card information by email.
